GLOBAL HAWC reserves the right to allocate donations made toward a Families for Orphans project to be used to support orphans in a different developing country if the designated project needs are satisfied.

GLOBAL HAWC is Section 501 (c)(3) organization under the IRS tax code. Donations are tax-deductible for U.S. taxpayers to the extent permitted by law.
